Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
i have lived here alomst a year and am moving because the rent keeps going up. Overall, a nice place to live until the speed bumps came. What a nightmare that was. The staff is pleaseant, but not overly concerned about problems. The insulation is bad. I could constanly hear my neighbors walking around upstairs. It is a nice complex and I would like to stay except for the rent increases every 6 months.
