I was very happy with apartment but I needed to transfer with my job to another state and I didn't feel I needed to pay the high fees to get out of my lease. I was very upset with the staff. I called the manager a few times and each and everytime the manager was so helpful. I really appreciate her taking the time out to explain in detail to me the exact charges. It is so hard to find good customer service but I can tell you that the manager was very professional and extremly helpful.I was so upset and she was so helpful and really trying to work with my situation. When my contract ends with this job, I will move back to Tulsa and choose the Remington Apartments.
