I doubled my rent and got bugs. I'm not talking about flies (although we lived here a year and had to be sprayed 3 TIMES for ants), i'm talking about the creepy crawly ones that you don't want to think you have. When i called the office i got the "we've never had bugs" line, and i had to reply with "neither have i".

Once they have your money, watch out. AC broken for 1st 3 months and was told it wasn't an emergency unless it's over 90. I have animals and have to work. 80 degrees in an apt with no open windows is an emergency to me, and nothing was done to fix it and i paid them to get treated like this. If i wanted customer service this terrible i would fly somewhere.

Poorly insulated- very noisy, and have had to ask to get the hedges trimmed back so i can walk with groceries, and still can't. Also- very little notice to enter apartments. Putting a note on my door at 5 PM for a next day entry is not 24 hr notice. NIGHTMARE
