unsafe and unprofessional...

From day one of moving into this apartment I have dealt with a staff that was generally unhelpful and very apathetic toward their residents.
I moved into an apartment that the carpets with filthy from the previous owners pets. It was next to impossible to get them cleaned let alone replaced by the staff. Against my better judgment I resigned another six month lease. They lost part of my lease documents and demanded that my father (who is my co-signer, and was on business in another state at the time) and I fix the situation within 3 days or I'd be put on a month to month term. There was a definite lack of professionalism in the way the matter was handled (phone calls not being returned, rude tones of voice, being accused of trying to scam the complex etc...) To top it all off when my apartment was burglarized recently my immediate concerns about re keying locks, fixing the broken sliding glass door etc, were brushed off with the excuse "it's the weekend, the maintainer is on call we can't guarantee it will be fixed until Monday." I could go on, but I've had an awful experience living here and cant wait for the lease to be up.
