I have lived here for about a year and a half. It is horrible. They have never sprayed our apartment. My car has been broken into along with 3 that same day!! There is no security and the gates are open all the time. When you live in a nice gated area you expect it to be safe and if something happens (like multiple cars getting broken into every week) they should provide security to make the tenants feel safe. They have not even offered to place more security on the premises they send out letters telling you not to leave anything valuble in your car. It doesnt matter if there is anything valuable they still have to brak in it to see. Plus thy bumped up our rent $20/month.
