The lack of Customer Service at the leasing office makes me wonder if I should rent an apartment here. The property was recommended by two people that I work with so I called to have an application faxed over to me,just a little step to make things easier for both parties. When I didn't get the fax I called back the next day only to be put on hold for 12 minutes and 24 seconds before being hung up on. I called back and when I spoke to someone he/she stated that they faxed the application over twice. Funny, I am here all day in the office and received faxes from everyone else but not from Remington. The tone of the person I spoke to was as if they were in a hurry. As a matter of fact she even told me they were very busy, as if I didn't have things to do as well. I understand they are busy but a customer is a customer wether it be over the phone or in person. If this is how there customer here.

How can you review the Remington by just having one experience over the phone with one person?! I have lived here for almost 3 years and haven't had one problem with customer service!

Easy, being in the customer service business myself all it takes is one time. That is great that you haven't had a problem with their customer service after living there for almost 3 years. Should I decide to live there I hope I will be able to say the same. However, it still does not justify how you should talk to a possible tenant.

I have lived at the Remington for the past two years and will be going on three if I decided to renew my lease this March 09. I too would second guess living here if my first encounter(over the phone or not) was an unpleasant one. The office staff does need a course in customer service and that is speaking from experience on more than one occasion. However they were and are not why I chose to live here.
