The staff is rude. One of their managers Amber, she is nice to you when you go there to lease it, and the courteousness ends right there. Poor maintenance and rude staff. They don't even give you back your deposit when you lease out. Stay Away. There are better apartments in Tulsa for this price. Not worth it

Mainteance guys are nice, but the leasing agents there are rude as piss. Especially Brenda!
