My husband and I have lived here for 4 years. We are moving! At first the rent was decent for the amenities.....not anymore. Our A/C has been broken for 2 years. All they do is replace the freon or charge it. So there is a freon leak somewhere. We turned in our 30 day notice, asked for them to fix the A/C....they said they would fix it after we leave so they dont inconvenience us.....are you serious'
We have had backed up sewage in our bathtub, Rogelio the maintenance manager refused to come out, said it was not an emergency. We were not able to use our shower for 2 days, they would not even let us use the shower in the model apartment. We have had toilet back up and they said it was not an emergency. The office has lost our rent checks twice! The lady that posts the checks is rude and feels she never makes mistakes....its nothing but attitude from her! The manager is nice, but has no backbone to enforce policy or to get her workers straightened out. Our rent is being raised over 100.00 dollars, 750.00 for a one bedroom.....and they refuse to fix the A/C''
We have stayed so long because it is a ginormous pain in the rear to move, now we just cant stand it anymore. We are long term residents, with no complaints, and they are not doing anything to keep us. We are finally fed up!The apartments are nice, but what does that matter if you are sitting in Oklahoma summer heat with backed up toilets''

I'm confused at how sewage backs up into a bathtub. Those two lines shouldn't be connected. Were you using your bathtub as a toilet or what? Also: it's late now but under Oklahoma law if you notify your landlord in writing of a problem like broken A/C and they refuse to fix it, you are then legally allowed to fix it yourself and deduct the amount you spent on this repair from your rent.
