If you work in downtown and are looking for a nice place I would recommend Renaissance Uptown. For the most part the tenants are white collar professionals. There are some students that live there as well but are mostly mature. Really liked the covered parking but did not like the drive up to the third level - also, depending where your unit is, it can be a - l o n g - walk to your apartment. (Makes moving in and out a pain.) Also, the decks in the parking garage are very low so you can't drive a large moving van to your level - you have to use the SLOW elevator to move you belongings.
The units themselves are well kept and spacious. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Did not have any problems with appliances, etc. If your not into downtown living then this apartment is not for you - it is not in the best area of town; however, the security is very good and I experienced no difficulties.
The apartment has a nice work-out facility and pool area.
