I don't know what the last poster is talking about by only scoring them with one point on all of the topics listed...

Parking is actually great because there is a 3-level parking garage and you can park on your floor and living on the second floor for me, means that my car is covered and secure for no additional charges.

The office staff and maintainance have always been very helpful to me and the maintainance has always fixed anything that broke that same day. No complaints at all with them.

The property its self is beautiful. The apartments are very nice & new. It is downtown though so if you don't like being in what can be a hectic area then don't live here, but if you like downtown living then I highly recommend the Renaissance. It's very close to my work, which is great for me. My only complaint is that you can only use SBC instead of Cox.
