Whoever said this place is overpriced should travel outside of Tulsa. I pay 1030 and I have a 1200 sqft super nice 2bdroom aprt with brand new washer and dryer and a covered parking garage, pool and pretty decent work out equipment. I paid much more in Houston for much worse.

The staff is a little snotty but they have always done what I asked.

If anything I would pay more because there are a few sketch people that I dont know how they afford it.
