My wife and I moved in here and in 8 months have had our cars broken into 3 times. We also were told the carpet would be replaced and it never happened. When we moved in we tried to start our dishwasher and it flooded our kitchen. It took the maintenence crew 2 and a half weeks to fix it and by that time it had molded and rusted the parts inside. The management has changed hands twice since we arrived and the maintenence crew did not replace our air filter last time but instead crammed it behind the hot water heatr which is a huge fire hazard. I tried to contact the corporate headquarters and they constantly would not take my calls or made me leave a message that was never returned. I recommend never renting from Case and Assosciattes. We are moving as I write this. Horrible staff and the apartment they showed was nothing like the one we actually recieved. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
