Its dirt cheap and it works as being dirt cheap. I never had any problems with theft. However, I was told verbally what I would owe during my final month, but was then hit with a late fee when I paid what I was told to pay.

If you have ANY interaction with them, get it in writing. Also, when it comes to pest control, be glad if they actually show up. I had them come out to spray for roaches, YES ROACHES, and they never showed up. Managements response was to deliver me a bug bomb and tell me to do it myself.

Stay away from Case and Associates.
