This place is far from being a home.
The management here has had no training in customer service whatsoever.
No wonder the management continues to change hands.
I have been here since July 2005 and have had roaches ever since.
They have sprayed four to five times.
Every time I have had to clean out every cabinet.
They supposedly baited but I have seen no baits.
Oh and yes, they did spray the entire building once but the roaches still remain.
You would think management would try something else.
The friendly facade presented by the management is anything but believable.
Yes, it is close to ORU which is convenient but this is not the best area to live (a murder committed in this area a few weeks ago).
Security' I have never seen such a thing.
Oh by the way, my neighbor smokes and you would think that I did because my entire apartment smells of cigarettes.
I have been awakened in the middle of the night choking from the cigarette smoke, anything but pleasant.
What was management's response' We can't tell our residents what to do, would you like to move to another building' Why would I move to another roach infested building' I am only still here because I want to find a suitable place to live.
