I have lived here for about 3 months. Until a short while ago I thought it was a pleasant place to live. My neighbor must have bought a pit bull pup and it is very lonely. My neighbor is a young girl who either parties and visits friends all the time or has multiple jobs. Anyway, the pup howls and barks all day and night because it is lonely. I have brought it up to the office help about this poor pup but I dont really think there is a remedy for my or the pups situation. If anyone has a suggestion please respond. I would recommend to anyone who is apartment hunting the River park apartments if they didnt allow pets. The city isnt really a good place to have a big dog anyway. I guess my opinion is to not move to River park for that reason alone. The pup wakes me up all hours of the night.
