I lived in Riverpark for 3 years.
The neighbors are very ethnically diverse, and many adverse odors abound from your neighbors.
The walls are thin, it's easy to hear children screaming, people moving around, cabinets being slammed.
Maintenance does a poor job.
It is not unusual to have to have the same issue "fixed" more than once.
Roaches are something you'll just have to get used to...
even with monthly pest control and buying your own bait stations/poison/egg killers, you'll see them in every room.
The manager has a huge superiority complex, and is very rude.
Cars are vandalized almost nightly- the parking lot is very dark at night.
My car had all four tires slashed on the same night as my neighbor.
Windows get broken.
Three times someone tried to break into my car, but the alarm notified me in time.
Without an alarm, my car would most likely have been stolen.
Cars speed through at all hours.
One neighbor sped around a corner and tore my bumper off.
I do not recommend this complex.

thats terrible. i live in 7915 and i moved in here about a month ago and reported that every time you turn on the ceiling fan it spins like crazy within the first week i was there. i have yet to receive a call from them or anyone.
the answering service is a joke. i forgot to pay my bill this month and on the 4th, the last day to pay, i called them at 2 and they said they would have someone call me so that i can pay it over the phone. i waited till almost 6 and called the answering service and they said it was too late, that they close at 5. i told them that they were suppose to have called me but never did. they said there was nothing that they could do.
my biggest problem here is noise. there is always someone blairing their music. ive called the office about most of them but there is always someone else.
