Location is ok but not the best. Often smells really bad because of the river. Could be more secure if the complex took the time to hire security. I like the apartment for the price but I wish I would of chose somewhere else. Would recommend as a last resort.

Agree. Smell is bad at times, smoldering dumpsters in the summer add to the aroma. Also got lots of dust and dirt from the highway
