my car has been broke into 3 times now ....the cameras at the gates dont work they are just there for looks

The cameras work! You can go inside the office and see the t.v. that is recording

Security gates are broken about 30% of time. Any rain, snow, cold and you are wide open. Did I mention a trailer park 2 minutes away from this place?
