We lived Riverbend from Oct. 2006. we do not recommend the property any more. When we moved in, we were told that there are optiona to choose a lease or month to month payment. For lease issue, if we broke the lease, we just needed to surcharge with market price, $125 more per month. However, when we moved out, I was told the regulations have been changed, we were forced to pay the rent for all the left months. Actually we absolutely did not receive any notice.

Another issue is so far we still did not get the deposit back although we called Riverbend several times.
