Just say no to Riverbend

So the people are -------s, excuse my language. It is a dollar for washer, a dollar for dryer which 90% of the time does not dry your clothes so you end up paying twice for the dryer just to get them dry. Maintenance sucks, the buildings are old and ------. The thing that really got to me was the time when I found a kitten in the grass area. I'm an animal lover so I fed her of course and ended up taking her back to my apartment. I did not want to leave her in the cold, so I put her online and waited for someone who wanted her to call. I had her for about a week and when the manager came by and saw her she charged me $300 just for having a "visiting pet". I told her the story (she didn't care) and even if I had put her on the street that day she still would have charged me that money. Okay, if I had a money tree in the backyard I definitely would not be living here. It is gaited...yay. If you don't have a home phone (like most people with cell phones) the code doesn't work. So if you have friends come over and visit you have to walk to the front just to let them in. Pain in the ass if you live on the other side of the complex. They don't contact you when a packages arrives for you at the office (ones that don't fit in the mailbox). So if your not expecting one you have no clue its there. Just some personal stuff off the top of my head.
