The apartments are a little old fashioned but they are very spacious in every room.
We had a few roaches in our apartment and reported it to the office and 2 days later the exterminator came and haven't had a problem since.
The office staff was very helpful whenever i had a problem.
The maintenance crew was very prompt in fixing any problems we had.
They are a fully gated community with limited access.
My visitors sometimes had problems getting in to see me but that made me feel more secure because not just anyone can get into the community.

This isn't a real review this is a member of staff. Having lived at Riverbend this is far from the truth.

The truth always come out ... one way or the other. Light always shines on darkness. Always... I know Riverbend isnt what some people call safe and everything. I did apply once to move there, but changed my mind because someone at that time was shot. I didnt like the landscape and it seemed it is nestled near a run-down plaza. Several abandoned buildings including a bank that moved shop.
** I know that area very well, Stoneridge apts is across from there and Taco Bueno is also. Stoneridge is notorious for its crime from rape/ shootings/ and robberies. Section 8 central over there and you going to tell me its very safe in Riverbend across the street... . You must be never in your apartment.
