We've had a horrible experience since moving in four months ago.

The upstairs neighbors are incessantly loud and don't respond to complaints, whether directly from us or through the office.

The office doesn't seem to care that their music rattles the dishes in our cabinets or that they vacuum at 2:30 in the morning.

Maintenance has made no attempt to fix any of the 7 problems we reported when we moved in.

We lived in another apartment that was owned by the same company and it was great.

There has been a huge difference between the two.

DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT AT RIVERBEND!
