I have lived in these apartments for 4 years and I CAN'T wait to move out. My car has been broken into, vandalized, and a hit and run on my car at least 4 times. Basic safety maintenance is difficult to get, such as putting a lightbulb over the staircase so you don't fall down a flight of stairs like I have. My garbage disposal, and bathtub knobs have yet to be fixed, despite numerous jobs performed by Larry, Darryl and Darryl. The neighbors look like they have come from the ghetto, nobody cares about what kind of people they let move into this place, all they care about is money. The kids that live around our apartment all act like thugs. One kid tried to force feed my son dog crap, tried to wrap a jump rope around his neck and drag him around the yard. Son of Satan, if you ask me. So if you want your car vandalized, your apartment falling apart around your ears, loud and rude neighbors, including stupid people who let their 5 year old kids run around and scream outside your window until midnight then by all means come on over. There's always room for one more!! This place is a real HELL HOLE.

Update...Move to Deerfied Estates. Much better. The thugs that attacked my son? They don't mess with my kid. He takes tae kwon do from the studio across the street. He is a black belt. Which is what your kid will need to handle the thugs over there.
