My sister and I have lived in Riverchase for 5 months and it has been nothing but hell since the first day we moved in. The air conditioning was broken the day she moved in, then her kitchen light was broken and not repaired for a month, her tiolet and doorknobs have needed numerous repairs. I on the other hand have had to deal with roaches, broken sinks, harassing letter of back rent that I don't owe and the list could go on, and on. I even went as far as to call the head office over the complex and nothing has changed. Everyone in the office are liars and maintance is the most incompetent, slow people. If you don't mind living with roaches and nasty neighbors this place is for you!Don't get in sucked in, there good at that and then better at making your life a living hell!!
