Cheapest rent in south Tulsa with the absolute worst management. I guess you get what you pay for.

Not only did the management repeatedly lose rent payments, but they lost or failed to process my release from the lease I had with them when I moved out. Six, Eight, and also TEN months after I moved out of this apartment they were still contacting me for rent money from the current tenant. Not to mention they are now trying to collect from ME fees they charged the latter tennant when HE MOVED OUT.

Save yourself the trouble and stay away. Oh, I forgot to mention the time they changed the locks on all of the apartments within the complex and gave me a key to mine that didn't work and I had no way of getting in.... I could go on and on.

I agree as well, I ended up getting into a uncomfortable situation with the manager about rent payments that "they" lost. She was accusing me of lying and threating to call the police when I produced the copies of the cashed checks from the bank. Hello...where do they find these people?
