Horrible Noise!!!

My husband and I moved to Riverchase because of the unbelievable deal we got.

We had a 2 bedroom for only $400 a month.

It seemed nice when we looked at it, but it was a disaster! Our downstairs and next door neighbors were so loud!!! I called a million times, but nothing was ever done.

Our next door neighbors parked their car on the grass.

The apartments are broken up with an are of 2 down and 2 up.

We were lucky because both the donwnstairs and the other upstairs apartment were broken into, but not ours.

I was much too afraid to ever be outside alone because of all the shady people.

I recommended a friend to live there, but after only one week they moved because their car was broken into twice and the ceiling caved in in the bathroom.

We had many maintenance problems and although most were attended to, it was usually after a long-time.

Our air conditioner probably did not work about 20% of the time we lived there.

There was also an attempted kidnapping of a young girl 2 apartments down from us while we lived there.

I would definitely not recommend Riverchase!
