I lived at Riverchase for 1 year and let me tell you it was the worst place I have ever lived.
I have roaches, ants, bugs, and the girl right next to me was raped and a women 20 feet from my apt.
was kidnapped and murdered.
Additionaly, my repair orders where never done, it would take up to 1 week before it was done.
Plus, when I moved out the manager insisted on ripen me off and treated me sooooooooo unprofessionally.
If you want to live in a crime infested area and fear for your life and want to live in a place where the manager and staff are rude and crude and could careless about you (the customer/resident) then Riverchase or any case and associate own property is the place for you.
You have been warned!!!
