I have lived at Riverchase for 2 years now. I have had a few maintenance items here & there but overall has been better than several other complexes that I have lived at in the past. I think what you need to understand is that they are an older complex. You are going to have things that need to be repaired & replaced from time to time. Maintenance is the best that it has been since moving in. You can tell that the new staff at Riverchase really cares. Management changed 1 year ago or so. I have read somments about bugs, maintenance, noise, crime, & the staff, but yet I never her of anyone comment about how cheap the rent is for a south Tulsa address. I live right off of Riverside, my kids go to a good school (Jenks District), I live right by shopping, highways, food, & entertainment all for less than $500 per month for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. I'm not sure what more you can ask for. I have lived in much nicer places & have more problems than here. If you are living on a budget, have a family, or just can't afford much in rent this is the place for you. You do get what you pay for, but you also have to live with YOUR CHOICES MADE. I might not pay a lot for rent, but I am treated as if I do from all of the staff members. I would totaly recommend Riverchase as a place to live. It is only getting better with time. We even just got a face lift & it looks much nicer. This is diffently a place to check out if you are moving, Best Deal in Town!
