Me and my roommate have been living here since july 07.
They are old appartments so bills are extremely high our air conditioner or heater is always on because of poorly insulated windows and doors! About 3 months after moving in, our appartment was broken into and my laptop was stolen a few months later my roommates truck was broken into and over 1000 dollars worth of valuables was stolen.
Most of the people that live here look extremely shady.
Two of our neighbors windows got broken im guessing a robbery atempt but they had dogs.
The swat team has visited once that i know of.
We have a slight roach problem.
Rent is cheap you get what you pay for.
The model apartment they show everyone looks amazing and is kept up nothing in the regular apartments is anything like it.
The walls are extremely thin...
We are getting out as soon as our lease is up in july beware when you move if you can afford something else do.
