Apartment size is nice, location is convenient, Leasing staff(girls in the front are pleasant and make you feel comfortable) The Manager on the other hand is non-responsive, and says yes they will take care of a problem and then never do anything until you have complained at least 3 times; they promise you use of the fitness center when you sign the lease but then never have a key to issue when you ask for one, always an excuse; Rent is Reasonable, but electric and gas bills are extremely high to make up for the lower rent. Bring your own washer and dryer because if you use their laundry facility you may end up with clothes that never dry without paying twice and then they shrink or even missing clothes. Warning! Check out who lives above or below you before you sign a lease. Once you are in you are stuck for at least 6 months and managment will not get in any hurry once you are in to resolve any problems you will encounter and to this day I have not seen this so called security they claim they have.
