Riverchase Apts. has been undergoing management and staff changes over the past several months...The new owners are trying to refurbish the property and are investing quite hefty sums of money upgrading the Fixtures, adding Ceiling Fans in both bedrooms etc. Not an easy task and it requires lots of work and ingenuity repairing items that have been neglected or shoddily repaired by the previous owners...
I have lived here for about 5 months and have no complaints...Always find a place to park, have no problem using the gym exercise equipment and find the staff to be courteous and friendly....And any "True" emergency is dealt with in a promp manner.
Would I renew my lease....YES I WOULD....

This response must have been written by the personnel that works at this property, since this is the only reviews talking about the so called upgrades(what a joke). The fixtures and fans is the only upgrades performed on these apartments that was built in the 1970's. Everything else is out dated and so not worth moving into. If you're home after five, then plan on parking across the street and having to walk a mile to get to your apartment. There's never parking spots available. This rating I'm responding to is so not true and is most likely coming from the management.

A resident for 14 mos. and a Member of the Maintenance Staff...Yes...The property his improved dramatically during the past year. My "UNBIASED OPINION" and I am entitled to that.
