i lived here for 1 year.
i never seen so many roaches in all my life.
they would crawl between the wood paneling.
u would have to shake ur clothes before u put them on.
i actually found roaches in the fridge and freezer.
the office personal didn't care.
aslong as u paid ur rent.
and the utilities are pathetic.
u pay electric, gas and water.
doing the summer it never cooled down.
it would be 95 outside and 90 degrees in ur apartment.
doing the winter cold as heck.
u would have to light ur pilot light every time u open the front door cause it would blow out.
10 different cars got there tires slashed in one night.
i was 500 a month in rent.
the water bill was 35 a month.
the electric bill is 125 in the summer time but it never cools down except at 1am.
the gas bill runs about 100 in the winter.
but u have to light the pilot light 5 times a day.
so ur gonna spend about 735 a month.
and that was just for me.
so if u like roaches and exspensive places to stay look no further.
and a woman was raped in killed by 2 men there.
so safe it is not.

I was there for the roaches as well, but the office at the time, Case and Associates, did seem to care. They continued to spray as often as I requested until they left me alone.... to move on to the apartment across the hall. That apartment was a revolving door between the summer and fall of 2007 with people moving in and out of it so fast I don't even think I got but one couple's names.
I totally agree with the gas situation. OG&E loved me even though I tried to actually turn off the gas as much as possible so I wasn't wasting any. Even in the summer their bill was always $35 to $50 for hardly any use. I never had the cooling issues though.
Parking along Wheeling (or as the apartments were billed on Victor Ave) was always fun with people taking up the space for a stretch Hummer limo in their Toyota sized Prius cars. One lady finally got the hint to to quit taking up so much space when someone painted MOVE on her hood. The old guy with the white Crown Victoria is probably still letting his car rot on the side of the road which "he drives every day" yet never when you'll see it move violating state law regarding cars parked on a street, boy the number of times I tried to get him towed. I finally found it easier to just park over at Riverpark and walk carefully across the street since it appears it was the only one people liked to speed on in Tulsa.
Overall I never had any issues other than the bugs and a little noise upstairs. I always felt safe and felt the rent was getting me what I paid for minus the utilities that are totally out of control.

i lived there when it was case and associates. they did spray aswell but it didn't help. i never thought about asking for another apartment. my neighboors were so unsanitary it would not have mattered.
