I lived at Riverchase for about 5 months, from day 1, things were not going well. Screen door had to be removed and was supposed to be replaced by weekend, still was never replaced when I moved out 5 months later. Roaches Everywhere!!! At night, roaches would be covering the kitchen counters, bathroom counters, even running on the couches. Scorpions were also common. The problem was never properly addressed by staff and had to try to deal with it myself. In the month of June, my air conditioner broke. Had to contact maintenace 7 or so times and was not fixed for around 2 months in middle of summer. I was questioned by cops several times, one time because a man was dragging around a screaming girl by the hair in front of my door. Do not ever live here unless you are a homeless person and are extremely desperate.

I have lived here for a very long time and had no problems when it was owned by Case and Associates now that Management has changed it has been a nightmare. There are roaches everywhere, maintenanace is nowhere to be found when you need them...drug activity is common...poor poor management. It is definitely time to go! Do yourself a favor and stay way from these apartments.
