It has its ups and downs

me and my fiance have lived at riverchase for about a year now and it has its ups and downs.
our building is pretty close to the office so we have a good view of the river.
we have only experienced one incident of the police showing up since we moved in.
it is decently quiet for an appartment.
it does take a long time for mantenance to show up to fix anything and we have had them put overdue billing notices on our door when it was really our neighbors.
the only pest issue we have had is ants.
we became over run with them..
but we tried some pest spray around all the doors windows and cracks and we havent seen them since.
there are a few people in the complex that have dogs that are extremly annoying.
(bark at absolutly nothing when outside and dont stop for anything) but the fact that they allow all sizes of dogs as long as they are not agressive breeds is nice.
over all.
it has its ups and downs.
