I came in the office last week with a huge problem. I was not happy with living at riverchase. I had called the office a about 3 months ago to talk to a manager but they said there wasnt one. I was told that I would be getting a call back from the manager over all of the propertys. That of course never happened. Im sure you guys can relate to my frustration. anyways, when I came in I was so furious about my huge problem that has never been taken care of. I first talked to carlos and he directed me the new manager. At first I was thinking do I really have to tell my stpry all over again' I did. Spoke to new manager darci. she listened to all I had to say. Even let me vent and cry. (she said she would never tell that i cried) I just wanted to let the world know that she is a great manager. You can tell that she isnt there just to have a job. You can see it in her brown eyes that shes sincere. She did get my situation taken care of and even gave me resources to call to help with my rent. I think she needs to stay around.

I'VE LIVED HERE ALMOST 5 YRS AND STILL DON'T HAVE ANY NEW APPLIANCES AS THE OTHER APTS HAVE!!! I HAVE COMPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT THE LACK OF GRASS AROUND MY FRONT DOOR,SIDE AND PATIO[IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT]AND THAT THE SPRINKLERS CONTINUE TO COME ON AND "WATER" MUD ONLY!!!! THIS APT COMPLEX HAS CHANGED HANDS SOOOOO MANY TIMES THAT THE "LOYAL" RESIDENTS, SUCH AS MYSELF, ARE TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY OVERLOOKED AND WHEN I ASK TO HAVE SOMETHING "FIXED", I'M DISMISSED AS COMPLAINING AND PATRONIZED BY THE "STAFF". I HAVE NO SHRUBS OR ANY TYPE OF FOLAGE BY MY APT AS ALL THE OTHERS DO AND THERE IS CONSTANT STANDING WATER DUE TO THE EXTREMELY POOR MAINTAINANCE. SAD TO SAY THAT NOT ONLY WILL I NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE, I WILL DEFINATELY AND ABSOLUTELY LET OTHERS KNOW WHAT A BAD CHOICE FOR AN APT TO RESIDE IN THIS IS,[THAT IS BARRING MY PROBLEMS DON'T GET RESOLVED PER THIS RESPONSE]. THE MANAGEMENT IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST IN THE BUSINESS AND THE "NEW MANAGER" IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HATEFUL TO THE KIDS THAT LIVE HERE AS I'VE HER WITH MY OWN EARS!! TOO BAD CASE AND ASSOC. ISN'T STILL MANAGING BECAUSE WHEN THEY WERE THERE WERE NONE OF THESE RIDICULOUS PROBLEMS!!!!! WARNING WARNING --- DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
