It's Alright for an apartment...

This place is not too bad but it's not that great. Parking spaces are made for Mazda Miata's. The balconies suck the big bannana because all the neighbors cigarette ashes (among other stuff) will be all over your balcony if you live on the 1st or 2nd floor. The apartments themselves aren't too bad but apartment life sucks (generally speaking). There's always going to be some noisy retards that live above or below you. If you can afford a few more dollars on a house, by all means...GO FOR IT!!!
