very very bad. I hope i've done some research about this place. It has major major plumbing issue and bug issues. They have bugs everywhere even in the mail room.

You have done some research have you?? They don't have a mail room, all of the mail boxes are outside.... so technically I guess you are correct but very misleading! As for the major plumbing problems, I have lived their for two years with no plumbing problems. I have had some problems with their Heat/AC pump system but not plumbing.
