My wife and I have lived here for 7 years....We went from a 1st floor 1 bed 1 bath to a 3rd floor 2 bed 2 bath about a year ago. All this about crap about bugs, we had some ants - easily taken care of. Car break ins, someone please tell me an apt what complex that hasn't had some' In all, I would't have lived here for 7yrs if I didn't like them. I am however moving out because the property mangament has changed hands and is raising rent by $40 on me, and the maintenance crew is slow now. The old property managment company (Equity) was the the best. I can not say the same the new one. It's a shame to see this place go down hill, but I'm looking forward to a house.
