I had looked for many months before deciding on a place to live. I just graduated college and obviously didn't have the best paying job ever. Their prices are competitive, certainly not the most expensive and definitely not the cheapest. It fit my budget and was everything I needed. They provide pretty much everything but furniture. I love the location. They told me they were built about 11 years ago, but I would have never believed it by looking at the property and how well it was kept and maintained. I have a small dog and they are so very pet friendly. They see your pet as part of the family. The girls in the office are were so nice and made sure that my move here was without glitches. I was very pleased with the condition of my apt. I can see myself being here for a long time. And to be quite honest, my neighbors are wonderful!!!! One of them even gave me a house warming gift. She said she had been here for almost 4 years!!!! For apts ,I think Riverside is pretty good. I would recommend Riverside Park for all my friends!!!!!!!!!!!
