While the apartments and location are nice enough for the price, the management at this complex is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Moving in, I found the apartment to be dirty, the porch filthy, window screens torn--not at all what you'd expect. I was given the wrong keys for my mailbox multiple times, and management is very slow to provide a remedy. Many policies are strange at best: requiring payments with money orders or cashiers checks (while most apartments, after credit check) make no such requirement, not providing a box for outgoing mail at mail boxes, not contracting with the local ambulance service to cover the complex area (so that residents have to pay a huge ambulance fee in the case of an emergency), very non-standard calculations of maintenance charges. After my lease is up, I'm out of here, and would definitely not recommend it to others.
