this is a PIT! the apartment manager cannot be found when needed EVER! maintenace will NEVER answer the phone. garbage is EVERYWHERE!! tennats refuse to pick up after their dogs. piles and piles and PILES of it can be found EVERYWHERE!! in various stages of aging.
laundry room is a water hole basically. wear high heels or boots when entering because the washers empty out onto the floor.
neighbors are loud ALL THE TIME even and contantly intoxicated. don't go on vacation or someone will steal your stuff.
do not put anything you care about in a closet close to an outside wall because the rain enters into ALL apartments and mold is a terrible problem. i found out the hard way after loosing $250 - $300 dollars worth of property that i reimbursed myself by not paying rent the last 3-4 months i was there.
the owner doesn't even live in town he lives in california. the apartment complex was taken to court by some of the tennats who had no a/c in the middle of summer and a mold condition.
there are no backgound checks so convicted criminals occupy the apartment next to children.
personal problems are aired for all to hear at all hours of the night including who has what std's and who slept with however many neighbors they could get to.
there is no pool. it's a work in non-process. in the summer it doubles as a breeding ground for frogs, and when they can't get out and they die, it becomes a festering crock pot of frog ooze.
30%-40% of the units are uninhabitable due to age, instability, and whatever the hell that white stuff growing all over the walls is.
women scream and swear at their children. i have never heard the f word said to a 4, 7, 9-year-old so many times nor have i heard it come from a child the way it just falls out of these childrens' mouths. ask these kids where their parents are and they mostly answer with "i dunno".
the manager, i will just call her ASS-ley, request that you drop your rent in the drop box if she is not around and she will get a reciept back to you. she will not take a check, just money orders.... right! she has had so many different people work for her, no one knows for sure who has access to the money orders. i am postive ASS-ley did not do a background check on those people, either. she doesn't care, she never will, she just wants to keep her job and her new home by supporting herself on the misery of her tennats. yes, she is a BLOOD SOAKED WH0RE! when i get pictures i will upload them. don't do it friend, walk AWAY!
