no water, no gas oh my!!!!!

i have been currently living in this rat holr for about 2yrs and it has gone down hill from there. maintenance does not exist, the water which the owner pay is @ 9,000 past due & we currently have no hot water i would tell anyone that wanted to think about moving here i would say no.you can get better service living in a card board box
