I cannot bring myself to say anything nice about this complex. I pass by it almost daily, knowing that within these walls lives a terrible, terrible man. His name is Kenneth. He slept with my wife.

Uhhh... Sorry about your situation and all, but what does your wife's infidelity have to do with the rating this apartment complex? And besides, you call Kenneth a terrible, terrible man for sleeping with your wife... do you call your wife a terrible, terrible woman for cheating on you? As the saying goes, it takes two to tango.
