the sand dollar is a pit. it looks nice from the outside but until you live here you have no idea. drugs, car break-ins, loud, unfriendly, poor maint. poor parking. every day you fear that you are going to get robbed or raped. Don't let the outside fool you, it is a ---- hole

I believe every word you said too. They're ALL dumps, unless you're willing to pay a lot more every month for responsible property management teams that don't tolerate depravity, but even that doesn't reduce the risks of getting robbed here in Tulsa. You see, the whole city is becoming a Section Eater dumping ground.
