I love my apartment. I have wonderful neighbors. I am lucky to have been placed in a decent area of the complex. I would not feel safe or be happy in other areas. But my area is pretty cool. I love it. My only complaint is when you call in a repair order, it takes a while to get it taken care of. And that is frustrating. But overall, I am renewing my lease for another 6 months.

i am moving in in about a month, and my art # is in the 60's. i was wondering if it is in the same area as yours. i am asking this because it sounds like it depends on what area of the complex you live in on how good the apt. is, and i have not signed my lease yet(only put down deposit.) please let me know. the apt. complex i am in now sucks and i am really not looking forward to moving into another bad one.
