Sand Dollar on the River Apartments

NO!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   At first this place seems nice. Rent is reasonable, you're right on the river (great view). However, I have lived hear almost 2 years and never have I had a maintenance request fulfilled in less than a month. I RARELY call in for anything, and when I do, lots of the times maintenance will come by & leave a note that they didn't find a problem. Office staff is friendly, but always has lame excuses for why maintenance is slow. Also, security gates have never worked for more than 2 consecutive weeks, and they're nearly always open because they won't fix them.
