I have lived in this complex 15 months. I hate to move so bad I just stayed. I finally got the push to move. I gave my notice last week. I am so glad.
In the 15 months two refrigerators went out and I've lost $300.00 worth of food.
The washer/dryer was removed from all units for 3 weeks due to a disagreement with people apartment leased them from.
I have had nasty notes left on my door regarding my not complied by providing income verification even though on each occasion(I had complied the week before).
I had the nastiest note which finally was enough for me which had "delinquent notice". It appears even though I had received and verified a discount I received from lease renewal was not entered in their computer and this notice had a statute cited, etc. I was so upset. I received a nasty call from manager saying, "well you won't be getting anymore". She was very snotty. I gave office notices about roach problem in July-the people below me were evicted and they were very nasty tenants, so I feel sure they roaches originated there. Even though I was adamant about the problem it was not until
Oct 3rd there was a note on my door that said" mandatory pest control-remove all your stuff from cabinets, closets, etc... I am going through radiation treatment for breast cancer and did as they asked even though I didn't feel like it. The next week I received a note that said "rescheduled" and I had to do it again. They failed to let me know the previous pest control visit was canceled, and I did all that work for nothing and no apology was given.
