Sand Dollar on the River Apartments

Move On From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   When I first moved here I thought the complex was great, but I've been here almost a year and I am anxious to get out. The employees in the office are really nice when you first get here, but once you become a resident any request you make of them is treated as a major inconvenience- even something as simple as picking up a package in their office. Forget about getting any work orders filled within two weeks. My dryer has been broken for 8 months. They will also put you through a lot of red tape if you want to move, and even despite whether or not you have been a good renter they will give you a bad rental reference simply because they want to keep you stuck here. If you are considering Sand Dollar, KEEP LOOKING.
