The positives are low rent and great view of the river. However, I have lived here 14 months and had numerous problems. Apartment was filthy when I moved in and had to clean it myself. Maintence takes forever, and every time they come they break more things than they fix--busted my cabinet when they replaced the dishwasher 4 months ago, and never have fixed the cabinet. Staff always act bothered when I report a problem. Also a huge bug infestation problem.
Crime is the worst though. Had my car broken into 3 times in the first 3 months, and the cops wouldn't even come out. Guy got stabbed outside my apartment at 3 in the morning once (well, the stabbing didn't take place there, but I heard the conversation with his friends right outside my door about how they were afraid they'd get "busted" if they called the cops.) Found blood drops leading from his door to the parking lot the next morning (no joke). However, when my car alarm broke and wouldn't shut off, one of the cops who lives here called them out...4 police responded with guns, demanding proof of ownership. Yet the management will brag that the cops living here makes it safe.

Crime has no address. These issues happen all over. Check out the reviews on Southside Tulsa. Same issues. Rent there is $900.00 a month for a 1 bedroom. Again, CRIME has NO ADDRESS!! You can get mugged right in front of the police station! Low Life has no respect. They are all over the place. It's not safe anywhere! Even walking through the parking lot at Walmart is not safe! Been there. I know what I am talking about.
