I have been at Sand Dollar for a little over four years, and I have to say that for what I pay in rent and being on riverside it is very worth it.

I have been reading some of these reviews and I have to say I have not had the problems that these people have had. Anytime I have had an issue it gets taking care of in a timely manner and Brenda and Joy in the office are great always happy to help me and deal with any of my issues.

I cant imagine living anywhere else.

Guess what? Capital Assets just took over this property. The last few management, let this place slip into the gutter for financial reasons. This place used to be beautiful back in the day when I lived here. I now live nearby in a house. I was told they are adding all new carpets, floors and appliances! Past reviews are PAST issues. The way this place is looking up, I would allow my 19 year old child live here. Sign me??????Past resident.
